When Should Your Business Franchise Be Considered Appropriate?
It is the dream of every entrepreneur to make his business successful and expand it. Everyone wants to develop their brand and make a name for themselves in the marketplace. There is fierce competition in the market today. It is very difficult to survive in this competition. If a good business is going on in the market, it can be replicated. So, creating a franchise model by creating your own brand is a great option. Franchising is a flexible format and any brand can be franchised. But it is not an easy task. Before franchising your business, it is important to verify that your business is franchisable.
1) Credibility: Does your business have a high level of management? Does your business / brand have a good track record? How much do your customers like your brand? Is your brand popular and successful?
2) Uniqueness: Is your brand different and innovative from your competitors? Is your brand really marketable? If so, does that brand have the potential to survive in the competition?
3) Teachable: Are all the systems in your business working properly? Are all operating procedures documented? Can your brand / business handling training be learned in at least 3 months or less?
4) ROI: Is it possible to make enough profit from your brand? Excluding royalties (4 to 8 per cent) If your business does not get a 15 to 20 per cent return, your franchisees will lose money and the franchisees will be dissatisfied and one day cancel the contract.
If your brand / business meets these criteria, then it can be said that it is suitable for franchising.
